Mr. Marsh has over 25 years of diverse mining and exploration experience in critical minerals, base, and precious metals. He has actively developed multiple DoD and DoE grants for US Critical Mineral Projects and led definition and development of the McDermitt Lithium project in the western US.

Burton Egger

Independent Director

Mr. Egger was previously employed as an investment advisor in the junior capital market as a Registered Representative for over 28 years with, Jones Gable, Canarim, Yorkton Securities and Canaccord Genuity. Currently retired as an investment advisor and now participates as an independent investor in the junior resource markets.

Colin Brownlee

Mr. Brownlee is a retired small business owner and currently active investor in the junior resource markets.

Kosta Tsoutsis

Mr. Tsoutsis brings over 20 years of finance and capital market experience. Mr. Tsoutsis formerly worked as an investment advisor at Mackie Research, Jordan Capital Markets, and Canaccord Capital Corp. Mr. Tsoutsis has significant experience specializing in developing, restructuring and financing venture capital companies.

Michael Harp, M.Sc., P.Geo.

Director

Mr. Harp, currently Vice President of Exploration at Ridgeline Minerals Corp., is a professional geologist with 15 years of exploration experience in Nevada. Prior to joining Ridgeline Minerals, he was a senior member of the Gold Standard Ventures exploration team responsible for the discovery of over 5.0 Moz Au. As the VP Exploration of Ridgeline Minerals, he and his team have secured multiple earn-in agreements with Nevada Gold Mines with South32 while advancing wholly-owned early-stage exploration projects. He has a Master of Science Degree in Geology and is a Certified Professional Geologist.
